The Seiple Family Foundation, also known as the Penn and Lisa Seiple Foundation, was created to provide financial aid to 501(c)(3) entities.
The Seiple Family Foundation was created to provide funding to 501(c)(3) organizations that advance the following types of goals, projects, and purposes:
Charitable, religious, educational, literacy, scientific, and literary.
The grant application must be submitted by US Postal Service First Class Mail to the following address:

Applications must be submitted by physical mail. Do not call and request a fax number or email. Do not submit an application with any staples, notebooks, or binders. Do not send back-up materials, or zip drives. Do not use double-sided printing of application or supporting documents. REVIEW OF APPLICATION
No funding can be given without a written application being received. The Application shall consist of the completed Project Profile that is available on this website, an Independent Audit Report, and a copy of the 501 (c)(3) IRS Determination Letter. The Foundation will review the application and make a determination to fund or deny the request for funding.
Note: Representatives of the Foundation may request an opportunity to schedule a site visit or may request additional information.
FINAL EVALUATION, DECISION, AND NOTIFICATION
TO APPLICANTS:
Following review of all documentation submitted by the applicant, a final decision will be made on whether or not to grant funding. The applicant will be notified of the final decision.
